This seems OK. I just hope there is no hidden problems in particular with the steel wires. Leakages at through the deck fittings might be a bit of a problem that we will tackle step by step.
The only obvious problems are leaks at the mast shoe and at the through deck fittings of the stays. Fixing those is reported under Fixing Leaks..
